The video card is underpowered for a i7 and is only a basic level gaming card.

Invest less on something like the 4670k and get a GPU like 760/280 or even better 280x.
Buy the memory for a more trusted brand like kingston/crucial/G-Skill etc.
Would you be O.C ing hard? The Mpower has got a beastly power phase design and it's for serious O.C ing.
