I'm thinking about upgrading from an AM3 board to AM3+, my current CPU is an Phenom 2 x4 840T which is slow as hell. I mostly play games like TS3, and my Sims just stand still even though the game is running. They take a long time to move.
I also download a lot of music and movies.
