Hi all, The motherboard is the last piece of the puzzle for my new build, here is what I have so far:

CPU: intel i5 4590
GPU: XFX R9 290X
RAM: 4x2GB Ripjaw DDR3
SSD/HDD: Samsung 830/Seagate Barracuda 1tb
Case: Corsair Obsidian 350D

Motherboard deciding between:

ASRock 85M Pro: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D3IKM1S/?tag=pcpapi-20

Gigabyte B85M D3H: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D1A5OR0/?tag=pcpapi-20

MSI B85M: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130700&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

If you guys have any other recommendations for mATX mobos please let me know, I am not looking to spend more than $80, but if there's a good deal available for a H97 or Z97 I might consider it!

Of the 3 you posted, I would personally go with the Gigabyte. ASRock I have never used, they always seemed cheap to me and I currently have MSI and it has terrible Vdroop, aka, crap. My cousin also has MSI and his fried his CPU. So I'm not the biggest MSI fan. So of the 3, definitely Gigabyte for me. Although if you could pick any others, Asus has never disappointed me in the mobo department.

I'm sure you can find one on TigerDirect/Newegg or Amazon for the same price. Although I have heard Gigabyte is a nice brand. I think the Gigabyte would do you just fine.

so it seems like an H97 is only $5 more expensive...again, there is the Gigabyte H97M D3H and H97M PRO4 for $79, still go with gigabyte at the H97 level??
