Your PC is arguably more powerful than an Xbox One or PS4, yes. However, some funny caveats apply.

The Playstation 4 and XBox One are essentially giant Graphics Cards (PS4 moreso than XB1) and as such are very efficient at running games. While they don't run games in as high resolutions as a PC can they tend to run those games more smoothly since the game designers know exactly what hardware they are developing for. With a PC, games designers aren't sure if it's a top-of-the-range rig, or a near-obsolete legacy machine. They don't know what combination of parts there will be, so it's harder to optimise their games.

A PC will almost always be more powerful than any console, and the PC version of a game also available on...

A PC will almost always be more powerful than any console, and the PC version of a game also available on console will almost always look best on the PC, as long as you have an upper-mid-range rig or better.

Your rig should outperform the first-generation of PS4/XB1 titles with ease. With some slight upgrades you should stay ahead of the console curve over the years. Just remember, console games' graphics tend to improve over the years as developers learn to better use the technology on each system.
