Can i run the pcsx2 emulator over 60 fps ? with a: intel core i5-4590 and a: evga geforce gtx 760 2gb card ?
Ohhh also i have 8gb of ram

You can do. I do it. By the way if you take the limiter off to go above 60 games become stupidly quick and not humanly playable (tried it with Wipeout Fusion and was thinking of doing a video of it). Music is also tied to frame rate in that game. But for whatever reason though it can slow down in places (Wipeout Fusion does this)
