Would the PSU on this build, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kctwyc , be enough or should I go to a 600W.
I will be over clocking, so I will need some extra Wattage.

More about : good power supply

Do not go corsair, First of all the caps are not japanese/high quality, Second, the power supply you linked is only bronze certified, Third, Its a semi modular power supply.
550w Will be fine though.

Here is a much better Psu: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-120g1065...
First its made by EVGA who have excellent customer service if anything goes wrong.
Second: It has a 10 Year warranty.
Third: Its Made by PowerFlower Who are an amazing manufacturer.
Forth: It has excellent peak Efficiency.

There is no such thing as PowerFlower. There is Super Flower, and they make the G2 series, but not the one you linked.

I can totally see a PSU named PowerFlower. It has an awkward yellow flower painted on it, but it weights like 6 ounces, fails at 400W despite being rated at 600W, and it's got a beefy +5v rail for everybody running their old Pentium 4s. I can close my eyes and almost smell the Diablotek levels of craptitude and imagine jonnyguru finding capacitors that were recovered from a sunken cargo ship that was torpedoed during WWII.
