Theres more to a computer than just those 3 things, but I'd suggest a 500W PSU preferrable from a better manufacturer.

i know but the mobo isnt going to draw anything and i dont think that the other parts are important and draw that much wattage and 450 is more than enough

Yes that will power it up the recommended PSU for a GTX 650 is 400W, you should be fine, good luck and happy gaming/computing
