That seems a bit strange, my GTX 560 Ti is showing 7.8 for me so it should definitely be maked out for you :/ I wouldn't worry about it though, the Performance Information rating doesn't really mean anything, it's just a number, as long as playing games is good with a high frame rate I wouldn't worry :)

yeah skyrim tw2 drops to 46 fps on 1440x900...
