Built my first PC, no display. My dad said it might be the CPU socket.

Hi, I'm getting into PC gaming and I'm building a PC for the first time. I've setup everything but no display on my monitor. I've followed the checklist:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

I haven't actually connected my speaker system on my motherboard but I don't know how. I'm using ASRock B85M-ITX and this is what it looks like:

I'm sorry if the picture quality isn't that good but you can do a quick Google search for a better picture of it. Anyways, any idea on how to plug it in? I know it might sound like a noob question but yes, I am a noob and I'm sure there are many questions like this in the world of technology. It would really help.

But my dad had a closer look at the CPU socket and he said the pins are bent or too short. I can't see much of a difference but here's what it looks like:

He said the pins are bent somewhere in the corner but I honestly can't see it. If that is the case, what should I do? Can I fix it? And I'm sorry about the picture quality again but I could really use some help since there's a variety of answers on Google and I don't know which one applies to my situation since I have little knowledge about PC. My first impression was a letdown since people tell me it's easy to assemble a PC but it's been a hassle so far. I've spent $1000 so far on the whole system so I'm freaking out right now.

once your read instructions from tomshardware checklist and follow them no wories some parts come faulty from manufacturer.ones you insert procesor in the socket its not recommended removing that and checking, your did its ok.if your allready know pic ing parts for pc you wanna check if the meet for one another.may help providing your all parts for this build.

Case: Cooler Master Elite 110
Memory: G.SKILL Ares 2x4GB DDR3 1600 240 Pins
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3.5" 1TB 7200 RPM
SSD: Samsung EVO 120GB
Processor: i5-4570 LGA1150 Quad Core 3.2GHz w/ cooler
PSU: Corsair Builder CXM600W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX/EPS

I'm still waiting for my graphics card. I ordered a PNY GeForce 750 TI OC. My dad said the parts should all fit and that I can still setup the computer without it because it has integrated graphics (I don't remember if he said it was the motherboard or the CPU that has it). But I even tried installing an old graphics card that fits into the PCIe 3.0 slot to see if it works and nope. He said the motherboard may the faulty and if so, is there an ITX motherboard you can recommend me?

All I did was put the CPU in the wrong way (and it wasn't attached to the socket) before putting it the right way. Then took it out to check. I don't see how I could've bent it since it's brand new and I didn't touch the socket. Could it be because it was delivered to me that way or is it me? I'm not even sure if I can get a refund so is there a way to fix it?
