Hi,
I currently have Dual XFX R9 290s and an i5-2500 which I've had since 2011.
Since my current CPU is only capable of delivering a bandwidth of 2.0 x16 whereas the R9 290 can utilise(not necessarily fully) 3.0 x16/x8, would it make much of a noticeable difference if, say, I went for an i7-3770k?
