So I recently bought a Asus R9 290x for my pc, I installed it in my computer and it will not start up. When I have my 8 pin and 6 pin plugged in both lights are green and it is plugged in the PCI E slot properly, my computer doesn't start up. When I unplug the 8 and 6 pin (gpu lights are red) connector my computer boots up and my gpu fans starts spinning.

My spec:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
GPU: Asus R9 290x
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower TPD-0750M
CPU: AMD FX 8350
8GB Ram and a 1TB HDD
