Hi Everyone,
I'll be replacing my old A10 5800k processor and Motherboard and I need some advice on what to get. I'll use my PC for various purposes, listed below:
* Gaming
* Transcode/Encode Videos
* Edit images
* Record Desktop and possibly Games
* General Computer Use
* A little bit OC in the future I suppose(?)

My Budget isn't that much, I expect to get about PHP20k - PHP25k after I sell this old parts. I need suggestions on what Processor, Motherboard and Aftermarket Cooler (I want to try a AIO water cooler if possible since my Room temperature is about 30c and up, it's hot here in the PH). My current Case is a Raidmaxx Super Altas. No Bias recommendations, Please and Thank You!

This is where I intend to buy my parts:

Go for an i5 4690K, paired with a Z97 motherboard of your choice and an NZXT Kraken X31 AIO.
Any questions, just let me know! :D

Cool, thanks! Is the H105 great as well? Considering it's on sale on the store I'm buying at maybe I'll have budget for it. What are your thoughts?

Yes, the H105 is even better! Make sure the case you choose is able to fit the 240mm radiator though. :)

Oh, I forgot about that! lol, guess I'll stick with the H75 since the 105 wouldn't probably fit on my case.
