My computer has been having this problem for at least a couple of months now. I have been trying to find a solution but I have had no luck. It happens around 1-5 times a day and is very very annoying, especially if it happens while i'm playing a game.
PC Specs
Motherboard: Msi B85 G41
GPU: R9 270x
CPU: i5 4670
RAM: (4x4gb) 16gb corsair vengeance ram
HDD: WD blue
PSU: NZXT 650w HALE82
I ran my 270x on fur-mark and its temperature got to above 90c it ideals at 48c <-- I don't know if this is helpful
dump from WhoCrashed
On Sun 8/3/2014 1:11:08 AM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: Unknown (0x00000000)
Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF8800F0FA2AC, 0xFFFFF88005A32950, 0x0)
Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error.
Google query: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
I also have been getting kernel event 41 with event 89 directly under it

Start into bios safe mode (F8) http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/advanced-sta...
and disable auto restart on failure.
Then you need to work out what's causing the failure.
Bugcheck code: 0x3B is a corrupted graphics driver. Do a diskcheck with repair. Do a virus scan.

That implies its the graphics card driver. Tried removing it, rebooting and reinstalling it?

test your CPU temperature with
http://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/
while playing games leave it open , alt tab after 3-5 min while playing check your maximum/minimum temperature ,if its above 60c+ , u may need a better CPU fan cooler .

Still running OK?
According to that, you cpu is still running hot - 51C
It should be 40C max idle and 50C max gaming.
You need to re-seat your cooler - power off. remove cpu cooler fan,. Remove cpu cooler. Use isopropyl alcohol to clean old thermal paste off cpu top and cooler bottom. Put a pea size drop of new Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste in the centre of the pcu. Put the cooler back on. Put the fan back on and connect it.
Also your graphics card is getting too hot - 78C probably because it's voltage is too high - 1.206V. Drop the voltage by 100mV (use Afterburner)
