ntoskrnl.exe bsods help

this error really annoying me, and its probably simple thing causing for bsod
and I dont know whats causing it I didnt do any change for a few weeks, there is no bsod before that and im sure my computer is clean

somtimes it happens randomly in 2 days
maybe a program causing it Im not sure

when I search internet for solution everyone says something different
I hope someome can tell me simple solution I hate bsod and im going crazy soon

my system:
windows xp proffessional sp3
amd athlon 64 x2 5000+ 2.6GHz 1920 RAM ddr2
onboard ati radeon x1200 (700MB) ATI RS690 direct x 9.0c
MSI k9agm3 (ms-7367) motherboard bios 3.0

I did already, so thats how I know its about ntoskrnl.exe
they all different error messages but they all point to same file always

this is the ntoskrnl.exe crash error message without other driver files marked red:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL


anyway I'm replaced this file (2008) with windows home xp (2002) ntoskrnl.exe . its older but still my computer works...

here is other question, what is this file works for? there will be side effects now for what I did?

if anyone can tell me still why this bsods happend, it will be really awesome because im still in danger

now this is getting worse..
it still giving bsods now its more then 15+
im checked RAM thats not a problem
used chdsrk /F ,no dice
it doesnt seems about oparating system
because sometimes it gives bsod before windows start
I think hard disk is damaged so I will try format my computer for final solution... thats too bad
