Nice (budget maybe) cooler for i5-4690k

Hello everyone,

I'm asking for help on choosing a cooler.
I'm planning to build the following system, with a green+black theme:

CPU: -------------------- i5-4690k
Motherboard: ---------- Gigabyte G1 sniper z87
PSU: -------------------- XFX Pro 850W 80+ Bronze
GPU: ------------------- GTX 770 or 780
Case: ------------------- NZXT Phantom 410

What would be a nice cooler for the CPU? I want to overclock it as much as the chip allows, so I'm thinking on 4.5, or even 4.7 if I'm lucky with the draft.
Could a cheap Hyper 212 evo handle this, or would I need something bigger? What would you recommend?

And if I chose to go with the 212, how far do you think I could take it before thermal issues appear?

I know overclocks are quite random and depend mainly on the chip I get, but I'm ok with just personal opinions and guesses.

Solution
Well if you want really good cooling get a liquid cooling unit if your willing to spend the money(around 100 for a decent one, like the H100i) But if not the Hyper 212 EVO is a good choice as far as air cooling goes

Your PSU is more than enough to handle that. And the hyper 212 evo is one of the best performance/value coolers out there. You can get to around 5 ghz if you're lucky without going above 80 degrees.
