Should I future-proof the Power supply?

Here's my more specific question: Is it safe to have a higher-power PSU than what is suited for my build? That way I don't have to upgrade it and I could save money long-term.

Build's estimated wattage: 344W
Approx. wattage of build with upgrade: 434W
(wattage does not include a TV as the monitor)

Nice, that could handle future GPU's in SLI! But, is it safe to have it so overboard for now?

That was single here is SLI.

Great, thanks for the ideas! I guess my question now is about the wattage difference. is the rest of my initial 400W build a bottleneck to your 1300W psu? (is it at all possible the psu will wear down faster or cause trouble with the rest of the system?)

No the computer will only draw what it needs.

No trouble to the system at all.
