Hi, I am looking to replace my Corsair H80i as it does not work properly with my AMD Athlon II 760K black box. (Socket FM2+) I had to RMA it because it was not working, say the Corsair people, but with the new one, I get the same results, I don't want this anymore. As far as a replacement goes I would need to get it from Newegg, because I bought it from them and they would give a type of store credit for only Newegg... 
I was looking at the Cooler Master V8 GTS, but I was nto sure if that would even fit in my case! (Enermax Coenus) Or the CPU Socket. The thing with this is that it says that it will mount to socket FM2, but not FM2+ for the AM3 socket, it lists the AM3 and AM3+ as two different sockets... Will the cooler not work for me because of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as well as recommendations for a cooler for this CPU. Thanks!
