Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: Kingston 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ( For now, will do 2x4GB after )
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 270X 2GB DirectCU II Video Card
Power Supply : SeaSonic 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Hard Disk: I'll use a old one I got at home : Western Digital WD Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

Opinions please, it's the price-quality good? Could be better?

You're gonna want to get that extra 4GB as soon as possible, 4GB is a pretty major bottleneck for an 8320.

Other than that, not bad. What price point does this come in at?

Try MSI 990XA-GD55 or Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 or Asus M5A97 EVO/PRO or ASRock 990FX Extreme4

The price difference is too big compared to the one i got on the topic, it will cost me about 61€, perhaps I can push it to a Asus M5A97 but will be hard. Any other cheaper sugestion?
