Hey guys, my friend just bought a new PC from bestbuy about an hour ago. He did not consult with me on what to do and he ended up buying a $950 ($1041 after tax) computer.

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-essentio-desktop-12gb-memory-2tb-hard-drive/5818029.p?id=1219159703153&skuId=5818029&st=computer%20tower&cp=1&lp=1

Now I'm not the smartest when it comes to building computers but I can tell there is wasted money. Can somebody help build a PC for the same price (or even lower) that has better and not wasted parts (hence 12GB ram).

Thanks in advance,
Nate

***I believe he will be using this computer for coding HTML/CSS and Application development as well as light gaming.
