One of my Seasonic PSU stop working with my ‘UPS Power Back-up’. Is there any solution for this issue ?

Model Seasonic PSU S12II 430Watt

PC Configuration:
Processor: Intel i3 3220
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M D3H
Ram: Gskill 2GB-1No
HDD: 1TB-1No
Fan: 90mm-1No Exhaust
OS: Windows 8.1 X64
Monitor: LG E2260V

Nature of issue : During power grid failure, Power Back-up should give power to PC from its battery.
In my case, during power grid failure the ‘Power Back-up (Exide 850Va)’ start vibrating and automatically shut down, with this Seasonic PSU.
At APC 500Va UPS also no back-up for this Seasonic PSU.

But no issue during power grid ‘ON’.

My other two Seasonic PSU working flawlessly during power grid failure with all this ‘Power Back-up’ at the said PC Configuration.
There is no PSU has similar issue with this ‘Power Back-up’ at difference PC configuration.

Model of my ‘UPS Power Back-up’ is Exide Pure Sine Wave Home UPS 850VA, with Exide Solar 6LMS150L 150Ah battery.

Should be fine if it is pure sine wave

I am a bit confused tho as to your set up..... you have 3 PSUs connected to how many UPS ?. Please List exact PSU paired with exact model UPS:

For example:

SeaSonic S12G S12G-550 550W => APC BR1000G 1000 VA 600

My normal set up is 2 no PC with 1no Exide 850Va Home UPS, but when problem arise with said Seasonic PSU than I removed one PC to work alone.

I have total 3 no Seasonic PSU (S12II 430Watt), all are not connected at same time with one UPS, but I tested all three PSU individually to UPS for any error.

My UPS: EXIDE Pure Sine Wave Home UPS 850VA

A 'EXIDE Pure Sine Wave Home UPS 850VA' can give 4 to 5 hours BACK-UP for two PC with Exide150Ah battery.
