Phanteks Enthoo Primo v/s Cooler Master Cosmos II v/s Corsair 900D v/s NZXT Phantom 820

Solution
Frankly, none of them comes close to the Phanteks Enthoo Primo .... I was deciding between the Cosmos and the 900D when the Enthoo broke and never looked back.... Primo later took home "Case of the Year" award for 2014.

$220 - $230: Phanteks Enthoo Primo (Case of the Year 2013) - Black is $220 / White is $230 - Great air cooling and superb water cooling build.

Are you sure? I have a feeling that the Phantom 820 is the best around here(balance of .....)...
And there is less expansion slots in the Enthoo Primo...:(
And for cooling, the Enthoo Primo has more cooling, but if I add a 360mm XSPC Open Loop Liquid Cooling Kit to the Phantom 820 on the top, and add the Phanteks SP140 fan to mount points, it will be more than enough..... :D
And the Phantom 820 looks stylish, has a built in fan controller & a card reader and has Integrated HUE LED lighting system(exterior/interior illumination) too.... :)
And is cheaper.... :) :D

Frankly, I don't see the 820 in the same class as the other 3. The Enthoo Primo took Case of the Year for 2013 and the Enthoo Pro took the award for 2014. The Phantom 820 garnered just a 9.0 rating from benchmarkreviews.com (Gave the Enthoo Pro a 9.5) and a 9.4 from Techpowerup (Enthoo Primo gets a 9.6)

As for the water cooling and 360mm .... enough for what ? .... with 360mm of Rad ... you get about 225 watts of cooling at 1250 rpm in push pull per martinsliquidlab testing .... an overclocked LGA 2011 CPU puts out 230 watts of heat .... an overclocked 290x over 300 watts. The Primo allows 420 /480 rads on top and 280/480 rads on the bottom and still has more rad mounts..... cooling say twin 780's, 4770k, MoBo Block and water pump will produce close to 800 watts of heat .... that's a bit much for 360 mm (225 watt) radiator. You want the Rads to handle about 60%of the maximum heat generated ...or about 480 watts .... that would require two 360s.

It has a vibration isolated pump mount and reservoir mount build in..... it's fan controller is unique in that it can use either PWM or DV voltage control to control 3 pin fans (saving more money and noise) and requires no user intervention. The Primo also has 7 channel LED control.

As for aesthetics, that's an individual thing ...... I find the 820 and to a lesser extent the Cosmos a bit too aggressive in the styling department and also prefer the brushed look of the Enthoo to the "shiny" on the 820 but that doesn't figure into how I'd rate the cases which is purely on features .

But if ya like the 820, you should take a look with Darlene did withe hers..... better said her 3 of them

Ok, agreed. As you have shown me all these, I now agree that the Phanteks Enthoo Pro&Primo is better than these options, but what is really the difference between the Enthoo Pro & Primo? Please reply quickly

About $140 :)

The Enthoo Primo is huge .... Pro is probably something you are more used to. The Luxe is the new boy on the block.....it starts shipping tomorrow.....newegg had a hidden page but they took it down....Phanteks must have squawked a bit.

Ok, Thanks a lot! :) ;) :D I have decided, it is the Phanteks Enthoo Primo. :)
I am not waiting for the Enthoo Evolv & Mini Xl as they supports only mini/micro Atx, :( and my Motherboard is ATX.
But wait! is there any future-coming case releases which are overall better than the Enthoo Primo? ;) :D (Release date limit-Till end of September 2014) :) So if there is any, please post here quickly. Or if there is nothing so special , then I will go for the Enthoo Primo. Please reply quickly! :D ;)

We have the new nVidia 8xx series coming out .... which one ya think they gonna release 1st ? It will be the grand poobah, top of the line 880 ..... Phanteks did the same..... 1st we got to see the big cheese , then the rest followed. The Luxe has some fancy features and is worth looking at if you want to reduce size or cost. If water cooling is not in the picture at some point, the primo is way more box than ya need.
