Well you've not given us any information at all to go off of. As it stands it sounds like you're just venting pointlessly. That's not to say we won't help, because we'd be more than glad to. It's just you've got to give us something to go on.
Alienware PCs are problematic. I would not recommend them to any one who asked my opinion. If you want that much gaming power you are way better off just building a desktop. While a desktop may not always be feasible, a laptop of that caliber is unnecessary. Just my $0.02.
