Is 4.4Ghz the furthest OC I can achieve with my CPU? I just finished a 10 minute stress test with the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and I read that 67 degrees is the maximum the chip should be.

With CPUID HWMonitor and Intel ETU:

Non turbo-boost speed = 3.57Ghz
Turbo-boost speed = 4.41Ghz

Reference clock = 104.9897
BCLK Multipliers = 42, 41, 41, 40
Max temp = 67 degrees

is it that i5 3570 that is in your specs?

If so then yes, you can only add 400mhz overclock to the turbo multiplier because it isn't unlocked. So thermal issues aren't preventing a higher overclock.

If its the cpu in your profile, then your temperatures could be higher. I wouldn't worry until it hits like... ~80C or whenever it starts throttling.

So am I alright to increase the OC further?
