Hey so I've basically ordered all the parts for my new computer and was wondering if I also should buy more fans for my case (not sure if they're needed). I'm using the Fractal Design Define R4 case which come with 2 140mm fans (one in the front, one in the back). My computer parts include:

cpu: i7-4790k
cpu cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
gpu: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB
mobo: ASRock Z97 Extreme4

If I do need more fans can you please recommend how many and the best ones, Thanks!

I wasn't impressed at all by the Silent R2s. I just did a change-up, but I was using the R4 as my daily driver for 7 months. I put 4 NF-A14s in mine and they were awesome, but I also had 770 SLI which required more airflow than a single card will. I would take the incremental approach - put two NF-A14s in the front and put the R2s in the rear and top/rear mounts and see how that works for you. If it's not enough, than replace the rear R2. If it's still not enough, then replace the top/rear.

There are several other brands and models of fans that will work well, but I swear by the Noctuas. Whatever you go with, I'd recommend using focused-flow fans on the front. The lower fan has to push air through the drive bays (the top fan too...

The lower fan has to push air through the drive bays (the top fan too unless you remove the top bays), and both fans need to drive good flow through a long interior space.
