Moving router and modem to another room

I want to move my router to another room. I have comcast and i have the cable in every room in my house is that all i need to get a connection?

Yup. Just move it to another Coax Connection in the room. Should work as long as its connected at the main splitter. Some house have the connection but aren't connected at the main splitter.
