disk error occured press ctr alt del to restart

To solve the problem , i decided to format my laptop but when i goes boot from cd/dvd and insert cp sp3 disk , then only black window appear long time....

This message means that the disk's logical structures are not correct. The disk or at least a system partition must be formatted correctly, so that file system structure will be correct. However if you would boot from CD/DVD you would not see this message and the Windows installation disk contains tools necessary to fix this problem.
