Next Logical Upgrade?

What would be the next logical upgrade to boost FPS/ performance in games? My guess is that it would be the RAM, the clock speed is very low.

Your RAM is more than fine, it's your CPU and mobo you want to upgrade next.

Absolutely nothing right now, but I should be able to save stuff up before Christmas, and of course I can use Christmas money. Should I go Intel or AMD? And if Intel, what's the best option under $200 for a Intel processor?

it ranges, on a sale you can probably get a i5 4590 for cheap but if not then something like a i5 4570 or i5 4460 will do.
