hi,
i am using Cooler Master k380 Cabinet,
and pc specs are nvidia gtx 760 2gb GPU, CPU i5 2310 , 8gb ram, PSU corsair vs650 ,
i have confusion about Power Supply fan Direction,
i have seen some people having their PSU upside (fan in cabinet) and some people PSU fan side DOwn..
i dont know what is safe, if i put pSU fan direction in, what will that do, is that will take hot air in PSU, that wouldnt danger?
i know its hard to understand my discription, so thats why i uploaded picture to make it easy understand..

If your case is made for it, you can safely put your PSU facing downward. The idea is that the PSU will not suck in the hot air of the case. I speak only from my limited experience but face down should give a small edge in temperature.
The smaller problem I have seen is that having your PSu face downward might attract more dust, has the dust is not caught by other components if the air enter from the front of the case.

all psu fans are intakes! so your psu as bottom mounted should be with the fan facing down in order to suck cool air rather that warm from the inside of your tower! it will also help the psu maintain a more silent operation! i can see air filters so i dont think you will have a problem!

your setup isnt that power hungry ~ 300w but plus your monitor and the fact that your psu isnt that efficient i would say an 650 - 750VA UPS should be enough!

also this will help you calculate!
