Noctua Cooling Kit Question

I'm upgrading my mobo/CPU to an i7-4790 (socket 1150). My rig previously had an old i7-920. (socket 1366)

I had a Noctua NH-U12P on the 920, and its been awesome. I'm curious if I can re-use it on the new setup (since I'm using the same case and know it fits). I know Noctua is awesome and sells kits to change the socket type on some of their heatsinks but I found their website confusing and couldn't seem to buy anything from it.

Has anyone had experience with such kits? How did you find/figure the right sized kit?
Thanks in advance

Thanks for that list link. Very Helpful! I was thinking the Asus Maximus VII (still debating a little). That list has the Maximus VI... maybe I'll send them an email to just see since the list must be a few months old.

Thanks again.

Just following up. I used that link to write to Noctua, didn't get a response back and began to think it was sent to a low priority inbox. Then two days ago a package from Austria shows up with the pieces I needed to fit my old cooler on the new board. They must have shipped it out a day or so after I emailed them. Noctua just went up in my books!

If anyone has the same problem as I did, use the link! http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=kontakt&lng=en
