The best Ghz that i got is 3.6 but i know that i can get more.
I saw people with 4 Ghz with the same CPU.

CPU: i5-3470
Bios: Gigabyte - H61M-DS2V

I
Its a non overclockable cpu on a non overclocking mobo. If you try, you'll overheat the cpu and stress the motherboard for virtually no gain.
