I've recently remodeled my computer.

PC Spec:
Power Supply:
TR2 600W Power Supply

Graphics Card:
Geforce GTX 750 Ti

Processor:
AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight Core Processor ~ 3.60GHz

8GB Ram

Motherboard:
Asrock 970 Extreme3

Okay, I put it all together and it works perfectly fine. An hour after testing my computer, I touched the graphic card and it's really hot. Almost to the point where it can burn my finger but yet, GPU-Z says my graphic card temperature is only at 33 degrees?

My fan is also extremely loud, how do I tone it down?

When you are testing your computer, monitor your temps. What is the highest temp? What brand of GTX 750 ti do you have?
MSI afterburner or EVGA precision has a tool in making a custom fan profile.

try using speed fan to get the highest temperature..... 120c is okay under peak load...... what you touched was the heatsync which should be hot that shoows it is working properly

Did you happen to touch the copper pipe that makes direct contact to the GPU? If so, that will always be directing heat away from the GPU which means it'll always be hot.

Thanks for the replies everyone. My brand of my GTX 750 Ti is MSI.

So I touched the area on the left of the graphic card on the backside. The outside area is quite cool but only that area was pretty hot.

I don't know what the copper pipe is but here's my amazing picaso drawing of my computer:

How hot? if it under 80C it is fine.
Its normal to be hot under gaming since you are using the graphic card.

GPU's are supposed to run hot.
Perhaps not melting hot, but enough to burn you with extended contact.
