amd fx 8150 and gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud5 rev1 turbo boost problem

Hi guys and gals I'm having a bit of a problem with the turbo boost what it is. That every time I turn the boost on my Windows 8.1 won't boot it either freezes on the Windows logo or the screen will stay black after the logo any ideas I've been trying to get it working for months with no avail the temps are good around 40-45c I've tested the ram with memtest all seems ok I have the latest bios and the hard drive seems to be fine also psu is brand new I'm baffled all help will be appreciated and thank you in advance

figured it out guys it works out that i had to drop my voltage by 0.025v as 1.4125v was making my windows crash during the single core boost for some reason even though i thought that was standard all set to auto bar 4 the core voltage any ideas y this is guys
