I tell you my friend, why not keep this simple. I belive i am reading you are looking for a basic cooling solution and a psu. On my system I have a basic gtx 760 nvidia 4gb and it was suggested by a fellow (sr-71) to get an xfx 750 pro xxx psu. Yes, it is a tad more power then you need, but, it would also future proof you in case you would like to utilize a sli config. later (not to mention your overclock). As for cooling, I use the standard good ol' cooler master evo 212. I have a mild over clock on a i7-3770k and it works just fine. My idle temps are in the 30's and under prime 95 test stays in the low to mid 70's. Keep in mind I utilize 4 large case fans as well. I had also upgraded the single fan to a dual push pull configuration (about 30 extra bucks). I had looked at closed looped cooling solutions, and still think about 'em, but I have found no need to install one.Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2)
Cooler Master JetFlo 120 - POM Bearing 120mm Blue LED High Performance Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators (x 2)
XFX P1-750X-XXB9 750W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI CrossFire 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
All available through amazon or newegg.

500W will work but 550-600W is perfect for under load conditions.

dont get a CX corsair
