We can't rule anything out yet without knowing specific details, regardless I believe your system has no faults. Your system has been built adequately, and although the CX series of PSU's are not of high quality as other Corsair PSU's, in this scenario it should be satisfactory IMO.
This could be due to your graphics card producing too much heat whilst under load, hence results in freezing. Could you please try downloading and installing
MSI Afterburner "Official", which will allow you to manage your GPU. Once downloaded and installed, run MSI Afterburner before playing Crysis 3; by default in most cases your GPU's fan speed is at 40%, turn this up to 60% in Afterburner so your GPU can run cooler.
Try playing Crysis and monitor your GPU temperatures, which is also denoted in MSI Afterburner (right hand-side, the first graph illustrates your GPU temperature). Try and ensure your GPU doesn't go over around 75 or 80 degrees Celsius; if the temps are getting hotter as you play, increase your fan speed further to avoid ~75 degrees.
Please report back on results, and all the best.
