Hi, I have a problem, when I start games like crysis 3 my pc freezes but most of my other games run just fine like bioshock infinite, LOL, fallout 3 and thief.

so it only happens with that one game? have you done any other stress testing of the GPU and CPU to ensure stability?

have you tried re installing drivers? Lowering settings? the Vram on the 750ti might be limiting you. 1gb or 2gb gddr5 ram?

i dont want to jump to conclusions but the CX 750 is one the cheaper Corsair units made by Channel Well, uses cheap capacitors that fail more often. We cant rule out the PSU.

To stress test GPU use 3DMark / 3DMark 11 and a demanding game for long periods of time like Crysis and Battlefield. Use both, not one or the other.

For CPU use Prime95 and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility stress test, for stress test in Intel ETU set it for 10 minutes.

Prime 95 blend? small fft? or large ffts? how long did you run for? You know your core failed if it goes from running to not running in the status bar

We can't rule anything out yet without knowing specific details, regardless I believe your system has no faults. Your system has been built adequately, and although the CX series of PSU's are not of high quality as other Corsair PSU's, in this scenario it should be satisfactory IMO.

This could be due to your graphics card producing too much heat whilst under load, hence results in freezing. Could you please try downloading and installing MSI Afterburner "Official", which will allow you to manage your GPU. Once downloaded and installed, run MSI Afterburner before playing Crysis 3; by default in most cases your GPU's fan speed is at 40%, turn this up to 60% in Afterburner so your GPU can run cooler.

Try playing Crysis and monitor your GPU temperatures, which is also denoted in MSI Afterburner (right hand-side, the first graph illustrates your GPU temperature). Try and ensure your GPU doesn't go over around 75 or 80 degrees Celsius; if the temps are getting hotter as you play, increase your fan speed further to avoid ~75 degrees.

Please report back on results, and all the best. :)
