So im gonna buy a new pc so i allready buyed some parts GA-970A-DS3P AMD Phenom ii x4 960 4Gb ram and im gonn buy a ThermalTake ISGC-300 psu corsair vs series vs550 will this be enought for Hd6770 and unlocked phenom ii x4 960 into x6 maybe im not sure if my Graphic card actually Work hd6770 If doesnt work so later too buy R9 270x will the Power Supply Be Enought

Solution
Yeah, your PSU will not be sufficient for you GPU. You will need at least 500W. I don't believe 4GB RAM will be enough for current demanding games. But anyways, it should play games like Minecraft or Steam Games.

That is similar to a setup one of my Sons had. he played Mine craft, League of Legends,Diablo III, World of Warcraft and Marvel Heroes 2015 on it.

EDIT: actually he had far less graphical muscle and it still played all those games fine.

What games do you want to play? My Son was only working with 4 cores, we didn't unlock the others and he was able to play most games without an issue, I think he even had Skyrim on that system.

You might not need to overclock.

We before you even get into overclocking. there is always a risk in Unlocking cores. you are taking a chance that those unlocked cores are ok. Many times a manufacturer will lock cores that are defective.

As far as overclocking, it puts stress and heat on your system so you will want decent cooling solutions but honestly if you are going to invest in coolers to deal with your overclocking, perhaps its easier to start with something with more power and run that at stock?

i dont know because its my first bulid i buyed the motherboard soo what do you thing about putting the cooler on chips to dont throttle down the cpu to make everything cool will it be an issuse everyone says heat can kill soo im gonna buy a new case to put more coolers because airflow and good cooler on cpu and little coolers on chips to cool down motherboard and the cpu if i unlock the phenom and overclock little bit its gonna be ok soo im new about assabeling the pc and everyone said i made a mistake on forums because of this motherboard :/

Well you got the motherboard so there is no going back, work with what you have I guess :) The Phenom II is a very good chip. I wouldn't unlock the cores but overclocking it a little is ok if you are careful. As for coolers and a case, I would recommend the NZXT sorce 210, its a good spacious case and is fairly inexpensive. For a CPU cooler I would suggest the Cooler Master Hyper 212EVO, its an excellent CPU cooler and is the best value for the money. as for RAM coolers, you dont need to worry about that unless you overclock the RAM too, if you do then I suggest Corsair Vengeance RAM, they have built in aluminium cooling fins. Just make sure they fit with the CPU cooler in place as it can overlap and block RAM ports on some motherboards.

If you are asking if the built in coolers on the Vengence RAM will be good enough, then yes I believe it should as long as you dont push it too much. I would say going one step over whatever the Rated Ram Speed should be ok. For example if your RAM is 1600mhz then you could push it to 1866mhz. If you want to go much higher then I would suggest special dedicated coolers and really you are then getting into more complex areas. I would suggest keeping things moderate since you are not experienced yet and will be working with older equipment.

those are your North and South bridges and you *can* put coolers on them but really its not needed except in extreme Overclocking. What I would do is just make sure you have good intake fans in the front of the case so they are blowing nice cool air over those areas and you should be fine. If you have a case with vents on the top I would mount a pair of exhaust fans on top so the hot air that rises blows right out of the top of the case. If you do this make sure your CPU cooler is mounted so the fan is blowing upwards. Alternatively you can mount your exhaust fans on the back of the case. In this arrangement you would mount the CPU cooler to be blowing towards the back of the case so the airflow goes from front to back.

I would not recommend it. it is not really needed and a lot of times the manufacturer uses adhesives to attach the heat sinks to the chipsets. which means when you pull them out, you might yank the chip out too and damage it.

Its really not necessary for what you want. The CPU, RAM an GPU are the key elements. most over clockers just cool the CPU.

That looks like an ok case. The only problem I see is that it will not be deep enough if you go with the CoolerMaster Hyper 212EVO cooler or any other large CPU cooler, its just a few centimeters too narrow.

I have listed two of my favorite cases that do fit the 212 cooler or a variaty of other CPU coolers that are 120mm in size. Now I could not find a listing in Bosnia so I listed one in Germany, I don't know if that is close enough. It will give you the model number and specs at least and then you can look it up in local e-stores in Bosnia.

The Corsiar 300R is my absolute favorite Case, its large and has great airflow. Its also solid and has good clearance underneath so the power supply gets good air.

The NZXT Source 210 is also a great case, I use this a lot for clients. Its smaller then the 300R and its cheaper but it still has enough room inside to fit a large CPU cooler.

Let me know what you think.

EDIT: OF course you can stick with the silverstone case and get a Liquid cooler like the Corsair H100i. It will cool as well if not better then the 212 and it wont require anywhere near the headroom. the biggest downfall of the 212EVO is that its huge and takes up a lot of space in your case and can get in the way of your RAM chips if your chips have large heatsinks on them.
