Currently have an 8350 and asus m5a97 le (amd 970 chipset) motherboard was woundering what graphics card you all recommend.

Case I have btw is a Raidmax Vampire full tower.

Graphics card im currently using is a :

I highly recommend the AMD line of graphics cards - in my experience they have been doing much better than the nVidia cards recently. I use a R7 250 which is techically an upgrade to your card, but if you can afford the jump I would recommend pretty much any R9 instead or else a R7 260+.

Also, the power supply depends on whether you are worried about your energy bill. If you are, a 500-600 watt in the 80+ types. If not, 700-800 will allow you the most flexibility with graphics cards - some are power hogs.

oh and im planning on replacing the current power supply with either a 750w gold or plat power supply not sure which one yet thinking between the $200-$250 range for that.

I figured I would require a psu of 750 for some reason lol ok ill look around for some 500w gold-plat psu then
