Rate My setup, worth buying? pros cons? thanks

Hello, I wanted to hear an experts opinion of this setup I'm currently thinking to get. Mainly Motherboard/PSU is what interests me. Is motherboard going to be okay with this setup? is PSU power enough? Any other thoughts? I want to stick with gtx 770 and i5, just not sure about motherboard and psu. Thanks in advance.

Also Is 1600Mhz ram ok? or can i go with same ram just 1866Mhz?

1600mhz is all you need there isent much of a difference between 1600mhz ram and 1866mhz when gaming get whatever is cheaper or the 1866mhz if they are the same price. Everything else looks ok i dont know if they are available where you are from but an i5 3570k 4570k or preferably the 4690k would be better choices for the cpu or the non k versions if you dont plan to overclock.

Thanks for your reply, I was told that (That motherboard doesn't support sli and it's a micro motherboard

Go with the - Asus Z97-A or the ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 (Atx form factor))
Any thoughts on that? :)

Do plan on ever using sli? I would go with a atx board always it leaves room for a new cpu cooler if you ever plan on getting one.
