I was overclocking my CPU and I realized that my Pc Has not enough power so I tried adding a 580 watt PSU to power up my GPU and hardrives and a 250 watt PSU for my motherboard 24 pin and 4 pin connector .Then I tried starting the PC up and I smelt a burn smell from my GPU I turned my PC off to check the GPU and it looked quite normal . So I tried booting up my PC with a single 580 watt power supply and my PC wouldn't start unless I took my GPU out . I tried inserting my GPU into my friends PC and it wouldn't start either .I think my GPU is fried do you think there is a way to fix this . Do you guys think that I can get a replacement or repair for my GPU ?(I have been using the GPU for only 9 months)

My PC specs
I3 530
GA P55US3L
GTX 650 TI BOOST
4 GIG RAM
GIGBYTE HERCULES X 580
I tried reseating the ram and GPU nothing is happening
