First off here are my specs.
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked
CPU Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series H100i
Power Supply: EVGA Supernova NEX650G
Memory: 16gb G.Skill Sniper 1866
Processor: Intel i5-4590S

My PCIEX16_1 red light starts blinking whenever I turn on my PC and I get no display. It worked one time but hasn't worked any times before or after that. I have the 8pin VGA cable and a 6pin VGA cable plugged into the graphics card. Am I missing something? I can email pictures of the setup if needed.

I have tried removing it a couple times I will have to try moving it to the second slot when I can get back home. Will update.

The 6 pin and the 6+2pin VGA connectors are plugged in from the power supply directly to the graphics card.(just like my previous card except it only needed a 6pin.

I tried putting it in the PCIEX16_2 slot and the slot 1 still has the red light
