I didn't realize you already had the motherboard, sorry!
Those components will work perfectly, and be able to play those games just fine, as long as you don't push the graphics up too high.

Yes, that build could run those games at medium settings at a nice playable frame rate at that res.
The i3 4130 paired with a H81 board is a better choice as it's faster and on a newer socket.
