Hello, I am having issues that are identical but spread across certain games. For some reason i am getting horizontal lines across certain effects in games. So far it's Black Ops 1, Gothic Arcania and Fable 3.
The effect I hope you can see are feint horizontal lines.
I am not overclocking any components and have the latest drivers installed.
I have videos that show the problems:

Gothic Arcania- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nQbFCfFySQ&list=UU-lzSe-9FD9loP5J0AV-oTA (lines in the foliage where it meets the water)
I encountered this problem on my old PC as well a few years ago on the same instances which was very weird. I can't find a youtube video with these same artefacts as mine though, even on similar hardware.
My old system was a Q6600 with a 5850 and my new system is a 7970 with an FX 8350.
