no mention of a psu and the gpu is below recommended spec for gaming even at 1280/720.
if i were you i would look at an amd apu system rather than intel you will get more value for the money. amd have a better onboard gpu so they are viable for gaming at 720p look at the a10 apus...

Hello... What is your OS?
1) I would suggest getting a total of 8gb in your system.
2) I would suggest get a GTX 460 GTX 560 GTX 660 or GTX 750TI.
3) I would suggest doing a HD test on your HD.
4) I would suggest doing a Clean install of Windows 7 64... ( if your HD is GOOD )

But Can You Tell Me About AMD Are They Good

Yes, I was trying to make you an AMD build, but it got too expensive too quickly and I realised you're going to need at least 32000 INR for a budget build. Check back when you have the extra cash and I'll be happy to help you out! :D

Couldn't he/she get a cheapish i5 or AMD with an APU and use the iGPU or APU for a while until he/she has enough money to upgrade to a dedicated GPU down the road?

As I said, a build for that price will not be able to play games at low settings and a decent frame rate.
Ironsounds, only moderators are allowed to deselect best answers, unless they are obviously wrong.
What I said was correct.

Yes, that is a possibility. :)

I considered doing that when I thought I'd have to wait a week or two for the GPU to come in. I didn't end up having to, but I know the iGPU will limit a gamer to mostly low and med settings... Not good enough for most.

it will play most games at 720p low-medium settings and give a solid 30 fps.
