My current pc which i'm using is this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ND67GX
should i sell it and replace it with a new one or wait till intel's broadwell, amd's r-300 series and nvidia's 800 series are up and running?

I don't mind selling this pc right now and wait for some time to buy a new one, because i have another pc which i can work with, but sadly i cannot play any game or do any type of gpu or cpu intensive on it because it is a piece of crap!!!

thanks!

You can keep on waiting, there's always something better on the horizon. The 4790K will be good for years to come as already said by Megalordluca. If you want to upgrade is it a solid choice.
Nobody can tell you how broadwell does right now,so speculate about how it will do is in comparison to haswell is imo pointless.

I'd go for a i7 4790k with a ASUS maximus VII formula or core i7 4930k and ASRock X79 extreme11 EATX mobo

It wouldn't matter whether you bought a mobo and cpu before they came out, but may i just say that the 780ti will run anygame on ultra for the next 6-8 years with a i7 cpu. So yah up to you, i cant tell you what to do :p

Basically if you really want to replace it, then you can but seriously, your pc is working horribly because of your cpu. So i'm telling you, if you upgrade to an i7 then you will a a great pc that will run al games on ultra for the next 5+ years. However if you dont feel like it will change anything then you an replace your pc.
