I did a lot of research and I did not come to an exact answer on whether I could install windows 7 64bit on my Dell Vostro 1510 or not.
Here is my system specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 dou T5870 @ 2GHz
I did a CPU check with Intel Processor Identification Utility and it says my CPU supports 64bit architecture.
RAM: 3GB DDR2
MOTHERBOARD: Checked with CPU-Z and it is DELL GRA31P

In that page it says Physical Address Extensions is 36bit!!!
I think because of that PAE thing I can't Install 64 bit OS.
But I also found drivers for Vostro 1510 64 bit in this link:
