I'm a little bit worried becouse it's not overclocked and i'm not planning on changing that, will it still be worth it considering a stock clock, 4gb ram and my mobo?

Other components does not relatively bottlenecks the graphics card or the CPU. It would be still worthwhile to get the GTX760 with its stock clock speed.

You will also have the ability to upgrade the other components especially the CPU (if you want more performance increase, you might as well consider of upgrading your CPU. Just an advise), as the card is already high-end.

I should specify that, i was talking about my cpu not being overclocked, i wonder if the stock x6 2,8 won't bottleneck to the point i should buy a 660 because there wouldn't be much difference.

Oh. My apologies, for that as I mentioned on my first post, it will have a slight bottleneck. But if you have plans of overclocking your CPU then that should eliminate the bottleneck and give you a bit of a performance boost.
