Hello guys/girls. I want to upgrade my graphics card from the Integrated one i have from the a10 6800k. Looking for the best cards i could get with this setup

Processor: amd a10 6800k
RAM: 4 gb Vengeance ddr3 1600
Mobo: FM2-A75MA-E35

I kinda rushed in this build and did not researched enough with the graphic card. Mainly want to use this pc for gaming like League of Legends mainly, WoW Tera Bordelands 2 so on...
Sorry for the english. thanks guys :)

What size of power supply do you have? How good of a card you can get will largely depend on how much power we have available for it.

I have a similar setup, (A10-5800k) and was happy with my purchase of a HD7790, (equal to a R7-260X). LoL and WoW aren't known for being extremely taxing on GPUs, so you could get away with that (don't play WoW, but LoL is always at 60 fps)

But since you have a bit larger budget, I'd jump to a R9-280.

The step down (R9-270X) doesn't save you much, the jump up (R9-280X) is pretty big in price, and at that point we'd probably be limited by the CPU. (like my A10, but it will never be an i5)

Newegg shows R9-280's for $200-$230, and it looks like AMD's doing one of their specials where they throw in a few free games.

I didn't look at Nvidia, since throwing a Nvidia card at a AMD CPU just seems weird.

Well at least someone agrees with not putting Nvidia at AMD lol i was doing my own research and i was going for the R9 280X, seems like the best for the budget thanks man :)
