Hey guys. Lately my PC has been heating up quite a bit during gaming sessions to the point where I can sometimes physically feel the heat rising up from my PC. I believe the source of this heat may be from my gpu or my cpu. However, to confirm my suspicions, I need some sort a way to observe my gpu/cpu temps in game so I can pinpoint the cause of my problems. I've heard of a program called MSI Afterburner that may be able to do just this but so far I haven't find any such option in their settings menu. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Could you possibly post a link along with the steps I have to follow?
