Hello! I will admit that I am ignorant of screen resolutions and what they mean. Would anyone care to explain it to me in laymen terms? I've read online about it and just cannot really grasp the concept. I also had another question; what would two 1920x1080 (dual monitor) use for a wallpaper? Like an extended one.

Solution
The resolution is the monitor's display size (not the screen size, but display size) <- simple explanation. If you will have a 1280x720 resolution, this is HD. While 1920x1080 resolution is Full HD. If the resolution is lower than 1280x720 then it's Standard Definition or SD.

For x2 1920x1080, you will multiply the width (1920) by 2. As the height (1080) stays as it is as it only extends the width. So you will need to have a 3840x1080 wallpaper.
