So yesterday my internet started acting weird, the download speed on browser was around 10 kb/s so I couldn't do anything, but on steam the download speed was fine, and the ping on non steam games was extremely high, but on steam everything was fine, it loaded youtube videos fine too, but I can barely get on non steam games and download off the browser, I've tried multiple browsers and different sites, I don't get it, help please (Sorry for bad english, not american)

If it only does it in the browser I would clear all the temporary data, cookies etc. You could also have any number of things like toolbars loaded that are trying to inject ads or other stuff. Run a malware scanner and verify there is nothing strange installed.
