430W EVGA vs Corsair CX430?

Hello. Recently I've been looking for a decent, cheap PSU to put in my super, budget gaming build but I have been slightly caught up on the PSU. I'm certainly by no means and expert on PSU's but I have heard that the Corsair CX430 series was built with extremely cheap capacitors that don't hold up to heat very well. Will this actually significantly shorten the lifespan of my computer or is it just mindless bashing. I would greatly prefer to get that CX430 series considering it's cheap and I could even get a semi-modular version but I also plan to overclock and I do want a well built PSU. Would EVGA be the right choice then?

I own both and they both have cheap capacitors. EVGA is all cheap caps but Corsair has a better primary cap (Nippon Chemi-Com). The primary cap is the big can the AC current goes through. EVGA claims it can put out 34 amps on the 12V rail and Corsair claims 32. I tried both psu's and they both work pretty good. I'd say it's a tie. I'd buy the cheaper of the 2
